This article aims to study the causes of human mobility in today's world, starting from the main cause which is the search for better job opportunities and increase their income abroad, as supported by the Neoclassical theory of migration. The questions established in this work to answer are: What are the main causes of migration? What have been its repercussions in the global society? The hypothesis formulated is regarding the general desire of the migrant is to improve their working condition and income. The study is based on the neoclassical theory on migrations, whose main axis is that there are not only internal migrations, from rural to urban, but also from national to international, which have as main cause the improvement of their labor condition and the increase of their incomes.
