Leonardo Cuéllar Rivera (born 14 January 1954 in Mexico City) is a retired Mexican football player. He is currently the Head Coach of the Mexico national women's team. As a player, Cuéllar played for Pumas and Atletas Campesinos in Mexico. He also played in the NASL between 1979 and 1984 for the San Diego Sockers, San Jose Earthquakes and Golden Bay Earthquakes. He also played for the Earthquakes during the NASL indoor seasons. Cuéllar also represented the Mexican national side on a number of occasions, and participated at the 1978 FIFA World Cup.
