Roberto Figueroa (March 20, 1906 – January 24, 1989) was an Uruguayan football (soccer) player who competed in the 1928 Summer Olympics. He was a member of the Uruguayan team, which won the gold medal in the football tournament. Figueroa played club football for Montevideo Wanderers. Montevideo Wanderers Fútbol Club, usually known simply as Wanderers is a Uruguayan football club based in Montevideo. Montevideo Wanderers is a historical Uruguayan football club, which started activities near 1898, but was officially established in 1902 by a group of students plus many young players of the Albion Football Club, commanded by the Sardeson Brothers.
