Blurb/Shorttext:
The objective of our study was to analyze the results of the medical consultation activities of sick children aged 0 to 5 years at the ASAPSU health center in Anonkoi 3 from January 1 to December 31, 2013. A total of 1085 consultations were recorded. The level of attendance at the health centre by the local population was high (76%). Morbidity was dominated by malaria (45%), respiratory infections (27%) and digestive disorders (14%). According to sex, the trend in morbidity was the same, but according to age, it was marked in newborns by upper respiratory infections (44%) and dermatoses (19%). Analysis of the results of medical consultation activities for children aged 0 to 5 years at the Anonkoi 3 community health centre revealed a high level of attendance at the health centre by the local population. However, shortcomings were noted. Recommendations were therefore made to this health center, the Abobo town hall, the departmental directorate of health and population. These recommendations will improve the health of children under 5 years of age in Abobo Anonkoi 3.
